How does it work?

The Relationship Lab program immerses teens in a space of experimentation and adventure. Here’s what to expect:

Interactive workshops and creative studios—through team games and art practices, participants learn to express themselves and build honest relationships with one another in a safe environment.

Project days—a constant experiment of trying on different roles and formats.

Live discussions and debates help sharpen argumentation and decision-making skills. They also offer a chance to push internal boundaries and look at familiar things from a fresh perspective.

Interaction with experts allows participants to explore key life-affirming questions—about themselves, society, and the world.

Field research and hands-on practice teach not to fear mistakes, encourage curiosity, and cultivate a beginner’s mindset. We form a hypothesis—and head into an adventure!

About conscious choice, responsibility, and inner freedomAt the heart of this summer’s session is the individual and their path toward building informal, sincere relationships with themselves, others, and the world. Each day is like a new challenge and a space for exploration: the freedom to be yourself, the courage to make friends, learning to say “yes” and “no”, and the curiosity to try and create in new ways.

The focus is on you — your feelings, thoughts, decisions, and dreams.Through creative projects, visual experiments, performative practices, and team activities, you explore how choice affects you and those around you. You learn to see the consequences of your decisions in a safe and supportive environment.

What the Attitude & Relationships Lab teaches:
— understanding and standing by personal boundaries
— finding confidence through creativity and action
