What to Expect

"Discover Yourself" is a program that helps teenagers better understand who they are, build confidence, and learn to navigate the world around them.

We create a space where teens can ask big questions:

Who am I? What makes me... me? How do I want to show up in the world?

Through games, collaborative projects, and creative workshops, participants explore their strengths and learn to be more confident, flexible, and open.

Program Highlights

Personal experience of self-discovery and communication
Teamwork and leadership skill development
Simulation and strategy games, role-based challenges
Creative workshops (public speaking & acting skills)
Project days in formats like film, theater, exhibitions
Supportive environment with expert facilitators

How It Works

A project-based approach. Every teenager becomes part of a team and works on a project. Throughout the program, participants:

- Engage in role-playing and simulation games to learn decision-making and working in various situations. In one game, they might take on leadership roles; in another, they navigate group conflicts. This helps build leadership skills and teamwork.
- Participate in project days where they explore various formats—film, theater, exhibitions, and other creative projects.
- Attend workshops designed to enhance creative and social skills. Public speaking and acting workshops, for example, are significant steps toward overcoming the fear of public performances.
- Collaborate within teams, learning to solve tasks together and take responsibility for outcomes.
