INTERACTIVE PROGRAM FOR 12–15 YEAR-OLDS

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE PROGRAM

Working language with experts during laboratories is English. Program participants go through a selection process.

The program brings together participants aged 11-14 and combines active recreation and experiential learning. Through engaging activities the participants will learn their own strengths and views, how to work collaboratively, communicate across differences, navigate dynamic challenges and learn new skills and consider ethical implications of actions.

Everyone is encouraged and supported to express themselves in an accepting community we co-create. The program is designed to support holistic development of each participant. It encompasses a range of activities: outdoor , sports and games, hiking, facilitated group discussions, individual and group projects, art and expression activities, as well as excursions within Armenia. General events are held in English. Communication within the group takes place in the language in which the participant is comfortable - English or Russian by their choice.

The laboratories of the interactive program "Just Dilijan It!" are built around the common idea of the path. Our goal is to inspire young people to become architects of their own destiny. The program is based on the belief that every teenager has boundless potential and can influence their own life.

The "path" will help program participants gain confidence in their abilities and realize that their future depends on the decisions they make themselves. Experienced experts and a unique methodology will teach teenagers to overcome doubts, make independent decisions, take responsibility for their future, help them become goal-oriented, unlock their potential, and find in themselves a source of development and happiness.

PROGRAM CONTENT

Discussions, creative and technical projects that teach self-understanding and help gain confidence
Practical laboratories and masterclasses that teach organization and independence
Sports events and outdoor adventures that contribute to physical and moral development
Creative projects and tasks that develop creative thinking and the ability to find unconventional solutions
Group activities that teach collaboration, exchanging ideas, and supporting each other

EMBARK ON A JOURNEY WITH US TO YOURSELF

We believe that every teenager can influence their destiny. The program will help young people become more self-confident, independent, organized, responsible, and goal-oriented. They will learn to better understand themselves, their desires, and aspirations and make informed decisions that will lead them to their goals.

Memorable events, personal projects, and physical activity will develop perseverance, willpower, and the ability to see new opportunities. Collaborative work, team games, and sports activities will teach them to interact with each other and help them find new friends.

This summer will be the beginning of the path to the future they create themselves.

Ivan Gakh

Program director

An educational experience developer and informal education coach. A game practitioner, designer, and facilitator of live-action games across various genres. Screenwriter. Founder of the educational project "Immersion".

Kamila Ziganshina

Well-being manager

Program Director of the "Leningradets" camp. She has worked in the field of humane pedagogy in preschool and school institutions, completed courses on supporting children with developmental peculiarities in the intellectual sphere, and was part of a team integrating children with ASD and developmental disorders into preschool settings. At the camp, she is responsible for creating and maintaining the warmest and safest atmosphere possible.

Alexander Rysin

Program lead

A game practitioner, facilitator, and developer of educational live-action games, an actor at the "Grotesque" theater of plastic drama and comedy, and an awardee at various Russian and international theater festivals and competitions. Since 2016, he has been working at the "Petrushka" actor and puppet theater.

Game Designer, Head of a video game development studio. Creator of economic simulations and detective games.

Alla Vaitsykhov-skaya

Educational Psychologist, participant in the educational project for integrating game technologies into school education "Games of Your School", project manager at the "Cultural Hub" center for modern citizens.

Anisiya Borisenko

Teacher at the "Creativity" school and documentary filmmaker. She also works with the "Shalash" charity foundation, focusing on soft skills development and managing difficult behaviors.

Konstantin Khasanov

Illustrator and educator. He has collaborated with Disney, drawn concept art for Russian movie and series posters, and serves as the lead designer-illustrator for "Sbercampus" and “Treehouse project”.

Vladimir Nurgaliyev

Lead facilitator of educational games, director, and author at the "Relax" theater-studio, multiple award winner of regional and national theater contests and festivals.

Yaroslava Timirbayeva

Science popularizer, tutor at the "Quantorium NEL" technopark. Winner of the national "Nanotechnology - Breakthrough into the Future!" olympiad, WORLDSKILLS HI-TECH in the "Laser Technologies" category. Mentor for children's engineering teams. Holds several patents.

PATH TO THEATRE

Participants in this laboratory will embark on an exciting journey into the world of theater. They will uncover the secrets of acting, study the art of stage self-expression, and create their own theatrical works. Armed with theatrical techniques, participants will learn to creatively build their life path through role-playing games.

Maya Schultz

PATH TO THEATRE expert

A director and actress at the "Mimicry" theater. She has participated in and received awards at various Russian and international theater and street festivals, including in Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, and Germany. She is the organizer of the annual international street theater festival "Street Dreams". Maya has also worked as a director in television.

PATH TO VISUAL ARTS

Participants will explore the path to self-expression through visual art. They will study techniques for creating unique works and develop the ability to see the world through the eyes of an artist. This laboratory will help them understand how visual art can be a tool for expressing their individuality and paving their own path in life.

PATH TO ANIMATION

Participants will immerse themselves in the world of animation and explore their unique path to creating stories. They will learn the basics of the animation process, develop their own animation projects, and discover how animation can be a tool for bringing their ideas and dreams to life. This laboratory is a guide to the world of creativity and innovation.

PATH TO ANIMATION expert

A game developer and motion designer with 10 years of experience in organizing both entertainment and educational events in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. He is the founder of TheRealGame and InsomniaGB projects and teaches at the film lab Noôdome 2022.

PATH TO SCIENCE

Participants will explore the mysteries of nature, conducting experiments and solving scientific puzzles. This laboratory immerses them in the world of scientific discoveries and expands a teenager's view of the possibilities of the scientific path and how science can help them create their own future.

Fill out the short contact form on the website. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to the video interview recording page.

2. record a video

On a separate platform, you will need to answer few questions in video format. No preparation required!

3. Fill the booking form

We will review your application and send you a confirmation within 7 days. When selection is successfully passed, you can proceed to the booking form.

4. come to dilijan!

Together we will spend our summer holidays brightly and profitably.

Contract is made only after the participant passes the selection. The cost is converted into Armenian drams (AMD) at the fixed exchange rate of 403 AMD per USD.
