about program

programs run in russian

Family programs are an opportunity for the family to break out of their usual routine and spend summer days in joint play and creativity. In the play, the child acquires independence, finds a common language with others, improves concentration skills, creativity, and determination to be himself. Joint creativity helps children and parents learn from each other, open out and become even closer.

Each program combines two different themes. This combination helps to look at familiar things from an unconventional perspective, inspires to create new things, and embraces creative ideas. Invited leading experts will help to implement creative ideas. Classes and masterclasses for children and parents, sports activities, walks, evening games and discussions will be held daily.

The first program "English Symphony. Art and Theater""

Throughout the session, participants will immerse themselves in the culture and art of the United Kingdom, getting acquainted with the traditions and peculiarities of this remarkable country. The famous English humor and eccentricity are fully manifested in the poetry of absurdity. The brightest example of this literary direction is limericks, playful and cheerful five-line verses by poet and artist Edward Lear. The session will conclude with a theatrical production based on his works, aptly titled "Limericks."

While exploring English culture, participants will discover its connection with the culture of Armenia. This creative exploration will make the program even more engaging. The main emphasis in working with children is on creating a fun and creative atmosphere that facilitates English language learning.

Parents will also have something to enjoy: a film club will be available for them, where they will become acquainted with masters of British cinema and discuss their masterpieces.

To make summer vacation bright and memorable, join us on an extraordinary journey into the world of British art and culture with your children!

2nd Session "Cinematic Landscape. Film and Architecture"

For over a century, since the advent of cinema, many films have been made, and a great variety of stories have been filmed. And since its birth, cinema has gone hand in hand with music. The emotional sound background of silent films was created by the pianist's playing that accompanied the demonstration of the film. By the way, many professional musicians and composers were pianists. With the advent of sound in cinema, new and more complex creative tasks arose: the music sounding in the film had to deepen its semantic and emotional content. It is no coincidence that behind every movie masterpiece there is always a brilliant soundtrack. Probably everyone wants to see the other side of filmmaking - to visit the set, see how the director, actors, and cameramen operate, how the composer creates music for the film, work in the recording studio and editing, and eventually admire the fruits of their work on the big screen. This year we will open our film studio in Dilijan. We will create films and soundtracks. We will learn about film genres, get acquainted with the basics of filmmaking, and dive deeply into the world of music. We will study various musical instruments and their psychoacoustic impact on the viewer, both based on our perception and the experience of professionals. We will learn how to tell a story not only through visuals but also through sound and music. Each composer is a co-creator of a film because cinema, as a syncretic genre of art, carries the unity of image and sound.

Participants can expect a virtual journey through the architectural landmarks of Europe and immersion in the world of Hollywood. Participants will become familiar with the traditions and features of European architecture and American cinema. The culmination of the program will be the premiere of a film created by the children themselves—from writing the script to editing and dubbing.

While traveling through European and American culture, participants will discover their connection with the culture of Armenia. This creative exploration will make the program even more captivating.

Parents will have plenty to do while their children are busy with film shooting. A club for film and architecture enthusiasts will be created for them. In this club, they will get to know outstanding architects and film directors and discuss their masterpieces.

If you want to fill your summer days with inspiration, creativity, exploration, and play, then join our architectural and cinematic journey with your children!
